Following the recent earthquake, Navarang Asset deployed a team of engineers, contractor T.T.S. Engineering (2004) Co., Ltd., and the property management team (juristic person) to inspect the Na Reva Charoennakhon project. The inspection covered: assessing the overall structure and stability of the building, examining any potential impacts, and planning repairs.
Na Reva Charoennakhon was designed and constructed under strict engineering and safety standards in full compliance with residential condominium building regulations.
The preliminary inspection by the engineering specialist team found the building safe for occupancy, with no serious damage affecting residency. Only minor damage to architectural components was found, which the company has planned to repair to restore the project to its full original condition.
