You have the right to request that your personal data be corrected so that it is accurate, up to date, complete, and not misleading.
Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee or the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee if the Company, including its employees or contractors, violates or fails to comply with personal data protection law.
Exercising your rights
You may exercise the above rights by completing a data subject request form and submitting it to the responsible unit through the contact channels in Clause 16. The exercise of your rights may be limited under applicable law, and in some cases the Company may need to refuse or may be unable to act on your request — for example, where the Company must comply with the law or a court order, for the public interest, or where the exercise of the right would infringe the rights or freedoms of others. If the Company refuses your request, it will inform you of the reasons for refusal.

Right of access Within 30 days
Right to data portability Within 30 days
Right to object Within 30 days

13. Management of Personal Data Breaches
The Company has established the following procedures for handling personal data leaks or breaches:
13.1 Upon detection of, or receipt of a complaint regarding, a personal data leak, the person who detects it or receives the complaint must report to the Data Protection Officer to investigate and coordinate with the responsible data owner unit to identify the cause of the leak.
13.2 Where a personal data breach is likely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of data subjects, the Company will notify the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee without delay and, where feasible, within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach. Where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of data subjects, the Company will also notify the affected data subjects of the breach and the remedial measures without delay.
13.3 Upon identifying the cause: (a) where caused by the Company’s systems, the IT department will be engaged to suspend or temporarily shut down the system to rectify the fault, or the external system provider will be instructed to remedy it immediately; (b) where caused by an internal person, that person’s access to the data will be suspended immediately and an investigation committee will be established in accordance with the Company’s measures; (c) where caused by an external service provider, the provider must investigate the cause and report back to the Company within 24 hours of notification, during which time the Company will temporarily suspend data transfers to that provider until the issue is resolved.
13.4 With respect to leaked data, the Company will manage such data so as to limit damage to the greatest extent possible, through legal processes or other methods as the case may be.
13.5 The Company will keep the complainant informed periodically of the progress of damage limitation, the cause, and the preventive and remedial actions taken at each stage.

What are Cookies?
Cookies are small files stored on a user’s browser, or on the hard drive of a user’s computer or mobile device, which record data and settings — for example, the language settings of the browser on the user’s device and the user’s current login status — to allow continuous use of the website, and which also compile information about the user’s preferred browsing history in file form. Cookies do not harm your device, and the content of a cookie can be retrieved or read only by the website that created it.
Information we receive through cookies and similar technologies may include your IP address, mobile advertising identifiers, browser characteristics, device characteristics, unique device identifiers, operating system, language settings, referring URLs, and records of your behavior on the website, such as content viewed or of interest during a visit, as well as the date and time of access or use. For connections via mobile and tablet applications, we may use similar automated methods.
